Circular Plastics NL (CPNL) is a National Growth Fund program to make plastics fully circular and use subsidies to accelerate the transition. Designed to both close current cycles and develop new materials with 8 program lines:
- System integration & Design
- Characterization, sorting and washing
- Recycling of polyolefin packaging
- Recycling of styrene-based materials
- Chemical depolymerization
- Thermochemical recycling
- Brightlands Circular Space
- Incubator
The program runs until 2030.
