Special focus today on two sessions "Pyrolysis and Other Thermochemical Approaches" and "LCA and Environmental Aspects"
Pyrolysis is a versatile thermochemical process producing a wide range of products that can be utilised in the chemical and plastics industry. The boundaries to other thermochemical processes are fluid, and may occur under similar reaction conditions. Depending on the reactor and reaction design as well as the feedstock open or closed recycling loops are realised. Technology providers are presenting their unique process and products as well as upscaling plans.
